| 摘 要： | 本文以综合医院作为研究对象,对上世纪90年代以来我国综合医院建筑发展过程中出现的规模变化、指标变化、建筑高层化、旧医院改扩建等问题进行分析和探讨;文章认为,我国综合医院建筑设计正在经历着从单纯满足功能要求到追求医疗环境安全性、高效性和舒适性的转变。在这一历史进程中,医院管理者和设计者应本着客观求实的科学态度,理性地解决医院建设发展过程中所暴露出来的各种问题。

Approach to Some Issues in Current Development of Domestic General Hospital |

| Abstract: | This paper makes analysis of the development of domestic general hospital of the 1990s in terms of scale, target, height of building, extension and remodeling. During the period, the domestic general hospital design experienced a transformation from merely meeting requirements of function to pursuing safety, high efficiency and amenity of medical environment. Under such condition, the administrator of hospital together with the designer should handle the problems revealed in the construction in a rational, objective attitude. |
