摘    要:提出沸腾氯化炉的保温对沸腾氯化生产的作用,阐述沸腾炉四氯化钛生产中,热量在不同阶段的特点及处理方法。合理地利用与处理沸腾氯化炉产生的热量,使之达到对沸腾氯化生产各相关环节有利的目的。该方法对大型沸腾氯化炉内相应床层的建立是有利的,有利于在相对短的时间内建立较为良好的炉况。

Abstract:This paper described the role of radiation and heat preservation in boiling chlorination furnace,gave the thermal characteristics at different stages in titanium tetrachloride productingin order ti rationally use and handle the heat of boiling chlorinated furnace.This method is appropriate for large boiling furnace chlorination and beneficial to the establishment of the boiling bed,and conducively establish a good furnace conditions in a relatively short period of time.
