| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法，根据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神，对目前我国高校中普遍存在的体育课程教学体系进行理性分析与思考，提出建立课内外一体化体育课程教学模式的理论依据与结构、实施办法，旨在构建符合我国高校体育教学的课程模式。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the Guide to Physical Education Teaching at National Universities and Colleges, based on literature search and logic analysis, the present Physical Education Teaching system aopted by most colleges and universities in China has been analyzed and discussed. A new curriculum approach, featuring as integration of curricular and extracurricular is to be formed, which is supposed to meet the needs of the Physical Education teaching in China. And its theory, form and measures for implementation are fully discussed. |
