摘    要:薄壁零件制造过程中的变形控制研究是现代制造领域的重要课题。介绍了薄壁零件的结构特点,分析了加工变形的影响因素,表明材料与结构、装夹工艺、切削力与切削热、以及残余应力是造成薄壁零件变形的主要原因。并在此基础上总结了相应的控制方法,给出了相关技术的发展趋势。只有考虑薄壁件全局的影响因素,结合理论建模、仿真分析和试验相结合的手段才能更好地进行薄壁件产品加工变形的分析与控制,提高薄壁件量产的成品率和加工质量,为控制薄壁零件变形提供了依据。

Abstract:Research on preventing deformation methods of thin-walled workpiece during manufacturing is an important topic in modem manufacturing. In this paper, the structure characteristics of thin-walled workpieces are introduced and the influencing factors are analyzed. It shows that the material and structure, clamping technology, cutting force and cutting heat, residual stress are the main causes of thin-walled workpiece deformation, based on which the correspond- ing control methods are summarized with the technology development trend is given in the end. Only by concerning the whole causes of thin-walled workpiece manufacturing, combining theoretical modeling, simulation analysis and test can the deformation problem be better analyzed and controlled to improve the pass-rate and manufacturing quality of produc- tion. The work in this paper provides a reference for preventing deformation of thin-walled workpieces.
