基于单片机的伺服电机控制系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于STC12C5A60S2单片机来实现控制交流伺服电机的方案。该系统设计包括硬件设计和软件设计,能够实现对交流伺服电机转速和位置的平稳控制。该方案在CCD扫描成像系统中的得到了成功的应用,CCD成像系统搭建在一个转台上,电机带动转台能够实现CCD成像系统的动态扫描成像。

Abstract:The paper provides a scheme to control AC servo motor based on single chip Microcomputer STC12CSA60S2. The system design includes the hardware design and software design, which can realize the smooth control of the AC servo-motor speed and position. The scheme has been used successfully in the CCD scanning imag- ing system that is built on a turntable. Motor drives turntable, which can realize the dynamic scanning imaging by CCD imaging system.
