长焦距离轴三反射式光学系统设计

摘    要:介绍了一种长焦距离轴三反射式光学系统的设计过程。在同轴三反射式光学系统基础上,将第一面镜设置成光阑,通过对其适当的离轴、倾斜,实现无中心遮拦的离轴反射式光学系统设计。给出了同轴系统初始结构的求解方程,分析了同轴系统存在的问题。以一个长焦距离轴三反射式光学系统作为设计实例,通过镜面离轴、倾斜和优化,得到了成像质量良好的设计结果。

Abstract:This article introduced the designing process of a long focal length and uncoaxial three-mirror reflective system..Based on the coaxial three-mirror, placed the first surface as the aperture and decentered to a suitable position to get the result of non-obstruction of the light.Primary aberration formula is deducted respectively, and analyzed the prob- lems existed in the coaxial three-mirror reflective system with an uncoaxial three-mirror reflective system for design example, by decenterring and tilting the surface, and got a good image quality of optical system design results .
