摘    要:随着摄像技术的快速发展,其仪器精度要求不断增加,对元器件的技术要求也相应提高。标准光源作为摄像模块感光器中的重要组成系统,其中利用薄膜技术改变不同亮度、色度的标准光源就成为新的研究热点。本文针对标准光源中对分光膜的技术要求,研制出450-650nm波段中性分光的分光膜。经反复试验,解决了不同亮度的系列分光膜的设计与制备问题,各膜层蒸镀工艺参数差异问题。最终研制出较为理想的高附着力、稳定的分光膜,并同时满足摄像模块可见波段的技术要求。

Abstract:With the rapid development of camera technology, the requirements of instrument accuracy are increasing, so the technical requirements of the components is increasing correspondingly.The standard light source is an important component in the Camera Module photoreceptor.The application of the thin film technology in the standard light source become a new hotspot because it can change the brightness and chroma of the standard light source.According to the requirements of splitter film in the system, we have developed the neutral splitter film of 450-650nm band.After repeat ed experiments, we solved the design and preparation problems which in a series of different brightness splitter film, and the differences technology parameters in each layer.Finally, the stable splitter film with ideal adhesion is developed, and at the same time technical requirements of the camera module visible spectrum is satisfied.
