| 摘 要： | 新型干法水泥生产在预热和预分解过程中，随着生料分解率的变化其粒度分布也会产生变化。作者用实验的方法研究了这种变化规律，对于研究该变化对气固分离、气固间传热以及化学反应的影响，进而正确地指导预热和预分解系统的设计，都有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | For new dry cement process,size distributions of raw meal alter as degree of decarbonation change,in the process of preheating and precalcing.In this paper,size distributions of raw meal in the process of preheating and precalcing at different degree of decarbonation were studied with the method of experiments, which have instruction for researching effect of size distribution on gas solid separation,heat transmission between gas and solid and chemical reaction,furthmore,the designing of preheating/precalcing system. |
