摘    要:桑椹红色素是一种安全、无毒的食用天然色素。运用单因素实验和正交实验研究了桑椹红色素在LSA-21大孔吸附树脂上的动态洗脱工艺,经极差分析和方差分析确定了其最佳洗脱条件。结果表明,最佳蒸馏水洗脱条件为: 水洗流速1.5BV/h,用水量1.96BV,时间1.4h;最佳酸性乙醇洗脱条件为乙醇浓度75%,洗脱流速1.0BV/h,洗脱剂用量2.5BV。各因素对色素洗脱效果的影响程度依次为洗脱流速、乙醇浓度、洗脱剂用量。经纯化后的色素为紫黑色粉末,其色价是未纯化的8倍左右,比国家规定的最低标准提高了14倍左右。

Abstract:Mulberry red pigment is a safety, non -toxic edible natural pigment. This paper studied dynamic desorption technology of Mulberry red pigment in LSA-21 macroporous resin by single factor tests and orthogonal experiments, and found out the best operational conditions by variance analyses. The results showed: The best water elution conditions were: elute rate 1.5BV/h, elute volume 1.96BV, elute time 1.4h. The best elution conditions using alcohol were 75%, elute rate 1.0BV/h, elute volume 2.5BV. The influence degree of each factors on the desorption was elute rate,elute concentration,elute volume.The pigment produced by this technological process was purplish dark powder. And the chromosphere was nearly 8 times higher than that of pigment without purification and 14 times than what is regulated in national standard.
