摘    要:三峡右岸地下电站排砂钢管板材为不锈钢复合钢板,焊接质量要求高,焊接难度大,根据现场施工的实践,指出容易产生的一些典型焊接缺陷,并分析焊接缺陷产生的原因,最后分别从结构、环境、工艺等方面展开论述,提出了防止焊缝质量缺陷的措施,并最终保证了钢管的焊接质量.

Abstract:Discharge sand steel pipes of Three Gorges right bank underground power plant is made from compound steel plate of stainless steel. Welding quality requirement is high, and welding difficulty is big. According site practice, some typical welding defects produced easily in the practice were pointed out, and cause of produced defects was analyzed. Based on analysis of structure, environment and technology measures of prevention welding defects were proposed, and welding quality of steel pipe was guaranteed.
