玻璃窗膜用丙烯酸酯/ATO隔热压敏胶的性能研究

摘    要:首先采用共混法将具有近红外光反射功能的纳米ATO(纳米掺锑二氧化锡)隔热材料高速分散到单组分丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)中,然后将其涂布在PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)膜上制得PET玻璃窗膜。研究了ATO用量对PET玻璃窗膜的可见光或红外光透过率、隔热性能和耐老化性能等影响。结果表明:当w(ATO)=6%~9%时,PET玻璃窗膜具有较好的光谱选择性,能在保持70%可见光透过率的同时,具有较好的隔热效果;自制隔热箱测得其热平衡后上下温差为14℃,说明PET玻璃窗膜具有很好的阻隔热辐射作用;经500 h循环老化试验后,PET玻璃窗膜的近红外光透过率仍低于60%,说明其还具备一定的隔热功能,其使用寿命可以满足市场需求。
