摘    要:气门机构采用液压间隙调节器(HLA)有诸多好处,但也带来了起动噪声,气门机构刚度降低、HLA对气门机构动态特性敏感以及可能发生泵升等问题。

Abstract:Hydraulic lash adjusters have many advantages for valve train,however,they generate some problems such as engine start noise,lower valve train stiffness,high sensitivity to valve train dynamic behavior,and possible pump up.The hydraulic model and the spring damper model of HLA are presented.Meaning and determination of parameters in these models are discussed.A method of determining oil aeration in HLA high pressure chamber is proposed.Experimental validation of a valve train dynamic simulation shows that HLA models,and methods of determining model parameters and oil aeration in HLA are feasible.
