| 摘 要： | 结疤问题是长期困扰氧化铝生产的一大难题，结疤的存在会导致管道堵塞，设备产能降低，能耗增加，从而导致生产成本升高。本文根据结疤的化学成份及物相组成，结合氧化铝生产工艺流程特点，探索出了燃油火法清除结疤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Scaling in desilicator has been a difficult problem in alumina-production. The scales will lead to pipe block, finally increase energy consumption and operation cost. Depending on the chemical content and phase composition of the scale combing with the characteri stics of process chart, This article put forward fuel scaling as a efficient way to clean up the scale. |
