| 摘 要： | 图书馆是教学、教育工作中的一个重要部门,在发展过程中应遵循信息化建设的基本原则,因"校"制宜、科学规划、准确定位、特色鲜明、逐步推进、互联互动,网络资源共享。要从地方性、办学特色及师生需求等因素出发,量力而行,使有限的人力、财力资源和硬件条件在建设网络信息资源中发挥的效能达到最大化。
