| 摘 要： | 简述了壳牌煤气化工艺中粉煤加压与输送单元的工艺流程、操作条件和对耐磨阀门的技术要求,分析了粉煤加压与输送单元硬密封球阀的故障原因。介绍了单盘阀的工作原理及结构特点,在神华煤制油鄂尔多斯分公司SCGP粉煤加压与输送单元的高压平衡管线上使用后,阀门动作顺畅、无卡涩内漏现象,可满足工艺要求。
