摘    要:DCVG+CIPS测量技术是输气管道外防腐完整性检测评价的主要方法。目前中国石油西南油气田公司输气管道防腐层外检测技术主要依靠PCM法,但该方法不能提供防腐层破损程度、修复期限及优先级别等关键信息,造成管道完整性管理的盲目。介绍了DCVG+CIPS测量技术的检测原理和设备配置情况;利用DCVG+CIPS测量技术对两佛线管道外防腐层、杂散电流和阴极保护系统进行综合检测评价与开挖验证,取得了较好的检测评价效果。DCVG+CIPS综合测量技术能提供管道防腐层老化情况、破损位置、破损状况、修复优先级、修复期限、阴极保护水平、杂散电流分布等关键信息,为管道的维护、维修与监控提供及时、准确的科学依据。

Abstract:The DCVG &; CIPS measurement technique is a main method applied in integrity testing of external anticorrosive coating of gas transmission pipeline. Presently, PetroChina Southwest Oil &; Gasfield Company mainly resorts to the PCM method in external anticorrosive coating testing for the gas transmission lines. However, this method can not provide the anticorrosive coating's damaged condition, rehabilitate term, rehabilitation priority and some other crucial information. Thus, the method will lead to management blindness. This paper introduced the detection principal and device configuration condition of the DCVG &; CIP measurement technique. It also inspected the anticorrosive coating, stray current and cathodic protection system of Liangfo pipeline (from Liang Lu Kou in Chongqing to Fo Ying town in Hejiang County) and verified the pipeline excavation by means of DCVG &; CIP measurement technique. Favorable measurement results have been achieved. DCVG &; CIP integrative measurement technique can provide some significant information about anticorrosive coating aging, damage location, damage condition, rehabilitation priority, rehabilitate term, cathodic protection level, stray current distribution, etc. The method is capable of timely providing accurate scientific basis for the pipeline maintenance and monitoring.
