云南某铜镍矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对云南某铜镍多金属矿石进行了选矿试验研究,通过对浮选指标各影响因素的优化,确定了原矿磨矿(60%-200目)-混选-粗精矿再磨(85.7%-200目)分离的工艺流程,可以获得铜品位23.79%、镍品位0.87%、铜回收率94.94%、镍回收率21.42%的铜精矿和镍品位7.01%、铜品位1.19%、镍回收率58.53%、铜回收率1.6%的镍精矿的工艺指标。有价元素铜、镍、银、金、铋等得到了综合回收。

Abstract:Mineral processing process of a Cu-Ni polymetallic ore in Yunnan province was experimentally studied. By optimizing various influence factors of the floatation index, the process of raw ore grinding (60% -200μm), mix-floatation, rough concentrate regrinding (85.7%, -200 μm) was determined. The Cu and Ni grade of Cu concentrate was 23.79% and 0. 87% respectively and the recovery of Cu and Ni in Cu concentrate was 94.94% and 21.42% respectively. The Ni and Cu grade of Ni concentrate was 7.01% and 1.19% respectively and the recovery of Ni and Cu in Ni concentrate was 58.53% and 1.6% respectively. The valuable elements such as Cu, Ni, Ag, Au, Bi, etc. were brought into comprehensive recovery.
