基于PXI的导弹热电池性能测试系统

摘    要:针对导弹热电池参数的特征,采用PXI总线对导弹热电池的性能参数进行测试、采样、处理、显示及存储.测试系统采用LabVIEW进行软件开发,其Timing包括时钟、采样率和板载缓冲区大小,Timing和Triggering中的配置均通过DAQ中的Property实现.整个系统具有通用化、模块化、可扩展性强等特点,能同时对多种型号导弹热电池进行测试,由此实现测试装备的自动化.

Abstract:A system of testing, sampling, data processing, display and storage about the parameters of missile hot-battery based on PXI bus is designed according to characters of missile hot-battery based on PXI bus. The test system is implemented by LabVIEW. The Timing in LabVIEW includes clock, sampling rate and buffer .size of PXI board. Property in DAQ is configured to achieve the application of Timing and Triggering. The system is universal, modularize, extensible. Performance test of multi-types of missile hot-battery can be accomplished synchronously in this system. All of those achieve the automation of the test.
