| 摘 要： | 通过对电器隔离罩制件的分析，确定制件的成形工艺和成形工步，设计了多工位成形模具，使制件在一套模具上分别完成多个工序，实现产品的冲压成形和批量生产。该模具经实际生产验证，结构合理，运行平稳，满足制件尺寸和技术要求。

| Abstract: | By analyzsis of apparatus isolation cover,forming technology and forming step of product have been confirmed. Multi-stations die has been designed to accomplish multi-steps in one suit of die with realization of stamping forming and batch production,which has been validated in practical production with reasonable structure,smooth run,meeting need of size and technique. |
