摘    要:以GK04型过程控制实验装置为对象,Matlab和组态王软件为平台,实现双容水箱液位控制实验.用Matlab来完成复杂算法的计算任务,用组态王工控软件实现友好的用户界面,二者通过OPC协议进行数据交换,把模糊控制这种先进的控制算法应用到实验平台上.实验结果表明,系统方案合理,运行稳定,控割效果良好.

Abstract:By means of Matlab and Kingview, the experiment of coupled-tank liquid-level control is implemented on the GK04 type process control experimental facility. Matlab is used to complete complex calculation, while Kingview is used to construct the interface. The OPC agreement is applied to exchange data and communicate in order that the advanced control arithmetic-fuzzy control is applied to the experimental platform. The experimental results show that the scheme is reasonable, the system operations stably, and the control effect is good.
