基于PLC的PID-模糊控制算法在水箱液位控制系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了将模糊控制与PID控制相结合,进行双容水箱液位控制,并用西门子S7-200PLC加以实砚的方法.采用该方法,系统能根据偏差的大小自动改变控制量的大小,既可以解决系统非线性的问题,又可以快速、准确地达到控制目的.用PLC进行程序设计有实现方便,修改容易,可靠性高的优点.从运行曲线可以看出系统采用PID-模糊控制器后响应速度加快,调节时间缩短,调节过程更平稳,同时能消除稳态偏差.

Abstract:In this paper, a method that can realize the PID-fuzzy control of a double-tank water level using SIMATIC S7-200 PLC is presented. By using this method, the system can automatically change the regulation according to the degree of deviation. The system can solve nonlinear problems and achieve the control purpose quickly and accurately. The programming is simple, convenient, easy modification and high reliability by using PLC. The performance curve shows the system has a faster response speed, shorter adjusting time and more smooth adjusting process with the PID- fuzzy controller. Meanwhile, the system can also eliminate the steady-state error.
