摘    要:本文针对 2 2 5Cr- 1Mo钢焊接后产生裂纹的原因进行了分析 ,结果表明产生裂纹的主要原因是氢浓度过高而引起的氢致延迟裂纹 ,并根据实际的产品特点提出了合适的返修措施。

Abstract:The article analysed the cause of weld crack produced after welding on 2 25Cr-1Mo steel. It has been shown that the over-high concentration of hydrogen is the major factor producing hydrogen-induced delay cracking in 2 25Cr-1Mo steel. According to the characteristic of the product, the article also introduced a series of suitable repair measures.
