摘    要:温度场数值模拟软件对金属型耐磨铸球的凝固过程进行了数值计算。在对铸球凝固过程温度分布规律进行研究的基础上,通过改进铸造工艺,消除了耐磨铸球的缩孔缺陷,提高了产品质量,为耐磨铸示机械化生产线的设计提供了合理的工艺参数。

Abstract:Using the developed numerical simulation software of temperature field, the solidification process of wear resisting cast ball in metal mold was numerically simulated. Based on temperature distribution law in solidification process of the cast ball, shrinkage hole in the wear resisting cast ball was eliminated and the quality of products was improved by optimiged the foundry technology, which provided reasonable technological parameters for designing the mechanized line for producing the wear-resisting cast balls.
