蓝靛果天然红色素纯化工艺

摘    要:研究果胶酶前处理、硅藻土助滤以及采用大孔树脂对粗制蓝靛果天然红色素进行纯化的工艺条件.结果表明低浓度的果胶酶及硅藻土G对色素的纯化预处理效果较好;大孔树脂纯化试验表明:D140树脂对色素的吸附率最高,常温(20℃~30℃)下D140对该色素的吸附量达27.36AV/g,95%的乙醇水溶液为适宜洗脱剂,常温(20℃~30℃)下洗脱效率达95.05%.精制后色素色价提高11倍.

Abstract:The purification of bluehoneysuckle red pigment were studied. The results indicated that it was better for purification with pectinase processing and Kieselguhr G Filtration. The optimum conditions of purification with macroporous resin were D140 resin at room tempreture with adsorption capacity 27.36 AV/g, 95 % ethanol at room tempreture with eluting rate 95.05 %. Color value of refined pigment was improved 11 times.
