电爆炸喷涂Ti6Al4V涂层研究

摘    要:用电爆炸喷涂工艺在45钢基体上制备了钛合金Ti6Al4V涂层.用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对涂层显微组织进行观察分析,对不同喷涂距离下涂层厚度和孔隙率进行了比较.结果表明:涂层致密,没有出现传统热喷涂涂层具有的层状结构;涂层与基体界面结合良好,在界面附近发生了扩散现象;涂层孔隙率低于0.55%;低喷涂距离喷涂所制备的涂层厚度大于高喷涂距离喷涂所得涂层厚度.

Abstract:The Ti6Al4V coating was prepared on medium carbon steel substrate by novel electrical explosion spraying. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The thickness and porosity of the coating was compared under the different spraying distance. The results show that the coating is dense and does not have turn-up layer structure in traditional thermal .spraying coating. The bonding between the coating layer and substrate is good and the diffusion occurs in the interface between them. The porosity is below 0.55%. The thickness of the coating in low spraying distance is bigger than that of the coating in high spraying distance.
