π络合吸附分离技术的研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外π络合吸附分离技术的最新研究状况。分析了π络合吸附原理,介绍了将分子轨道理论和自然键合轨道理论用于分析络合机理的研究现状,阐述了π络合吸附剂的常用制备技术,并对失活研究做了简单总结和分析。重点概述了π络合吸附分离技术在回收CO、烯烃-烷烃分离、芳香烃-脂肪烃分离、深度脱硫、烯烃净化等工业上较难分离和净化领域的应用研究进展和应用前景,并对π络合分离技术发展中尚待解决的问题做了简要评述。

Abstract:Latest studies on adsorption separation via π-complexation were reviewed.Basic theory of π-complexation was briefly introduced.Molecular orbital theory and natural bond orbital theory calculation were summarized to analyze investigation situation of complexation mechanism.Common preparation technologies of solid π-complexation adsorbents were given.Deactivation behaviors of π-complexation adsorbents were studied.Applications of π-complexation adsorbents for several difficult separation processes,namely CO recovery,olefin-paraffin separation,aromatics-aliphatics separation,desulfurization of transportation fuels and removal of dienes from olefins were introduced and discussed in detail.Some suggestions on developing applications of π-complexation in industry were put forward.
