摘    要:用硝酸铵和氯化钾采用复分解循环法生产硝酸钾和氯化铵工艺是目前我国生产硝酸钾的主要方法。指出该生产技术存在硝酸钾结晶率低、冷却结晶效果差、氯化铵结垢严重、蒸汽能耗高、离心机选型不当等问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了相应的改进措施和合理化建议。

Abstract:Now main method for making potassium nitrate in China is the process for making potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride by complex decomposition cycle method of ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride.It indicates that Problems of lower potassium nitrate crystallization rate,bad cooling crystallization effect,serious fouling of ammonium chloride,high steam energy consume and improper selection of centrifuger etc.exist in this production technology,the reason causing the problems was analyzed,the appropriate improvement measure and reasonable suggestion were suggested.
