| 摘 要： | 庆哈输油管道已投产运营十余年,因腐蚀穿孔、栽阀盗油等原因,管道事故时有发生。为降低管道事故发生率,利用RiskScore软件对庆哈输油管道进行了风险评价,结果表明:庆哈输油管道有风险管段42处,其中高风险7处,占16.7%,中风险35处,占83.3%,并提出相应的风险控制措施,对提高庆哈输油管道管理水平具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline has been in operation for more than ten years, the pipeline are frequently perforated because of corrosion and setting valves for stealing oil, causing the pipeline accidents to happen. To reduce the accident rate, the software IRiskScore is used for making risk assessment of the pipeline. The results show that there are 42 pipeline sections being in risks for Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline, in which, there are 7 high risk sections, accounting for 16.7%, and 35 general risks, accounting for 83.3%. And the corresponding measures are put forward to control the risks, which is significant to improve the management level of Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline. |
