应用HYSYS软件的天然气净化工艺模拟计算研究

摘    要:为了将合格的商品天然气供应至下游,天然气净化处理是非常重要的一环。天然气净化通常指脱硫、脱碳、脱水、硫磺回收及尾气处理。长庆油田靖边气田天然气一般多含H2S、CO2等酸性介质,不但影响了天然气的热值,而且易使管道和容器严重腐蚀,影响天然气安全输送及利用。为了减少H2S和SO2等酸性介质对容器或管道的腐蚀,通常利用DEA对H2S和CO2进行脱除处理。文章通过现场采集天然气相关数据,并利用国际上著名的HYSYS软件进行了天然气净化模拟计算。结果表明:该模拟计算方法不但可提供对再生塔的压力控制、净化气质量、水量补充、贫液浓度等方面的作业指导,也可对脱硫装置进行生产参数调节和实时控制等,研究结果可供国内其他油气田脱硫装置的设计、分析和投产参考。

Abstract:Natural gas purification is very important to supply qualified commercial natural gas. It usually includes desulfuration, decarbonation, dehydration, sulphur recovery and exhaust gas treatment. In general, there are acid mediums such as H2S and CO2 in Jingbian Natural Gas Field of Changqing Oilfield, which not only affects natural gas heat value, but also causes severe corrosion of pipeline and vessel, and therefore affects safe transportation and utilization of natural gas. In order to decrease corrosion of vessel and pipeline by these acid mediums, DEA method is commonly adopted to remove them. This article applies software HYSYS to simulate natural gas purification process based on relevant acquisition data. The results show that the simulation method offers not only operation guidance in pressure control, purification gas quality, water supply and poor liquid recovery for regenerating column, but also production parameter regulation and real-time control for desulfuration facility. The research results can provide reference for design, analysis and production of desulfuration facilities in other oil/gas fields in China.
