| 摘 要： | 珩齿是硬齿面齿轮加工的重要方法,为提高其加工精度,国外厂家采用了齿轮式的金刚石修整滚轮珩房轮进行修形,取得良好效果,在生产中广泛使用。分析了工艺修形的机理,并介绍了其在生产中的应用。

| Abstract: | Honing with a honing gear is an efficient method to hard gear finishing. In order to improve the working accuracy, diamond dressing gears are introduced to profile the honing gear in some foreign countries,and are used broadly.The author had analyzed principle of this technology, then discussed its application in gear production. |
