QRE—01型醚化树脂催化剂的制备工艺研究

摘    要:开展了QRE-01型醚化树脂催化剂的制备工艺研究,对催化剂物性指标的影响因素进行了考察。结果表明:调节致孔剂加入量和聚合前期升温速度,可以得到孔结构比较理想、强度较高的树脂催化剂;适当提高磺化剂浓度进行强制磺化,可以有效提高催化剂交换容量。在聚合工艺中,分散助剂和搅拌条件对白球粒度分布有较大影响,在规模200L中试中,选择三叶诱平式搅拌,可使白球合格率达87%以上。中试产品交换容量达5.0mmol/g。

Abstract:The factors affecting pore structure intensity,exchange capacity and particle size distribution of the catalyst were investigated combined with the experimental results obtained from the synthesis of cation exchange resin catalyst QRE-01.The product of pilot-plant test had a exchange capacity of 5.0 mmol/g,its comprehensive physical properties reached the national standards.
