ZnO超微粉末的化学法合成与表征

摘    要:以 Zn SO4· 7H2 O和 C2 H2 O4为原料 ,采用化学法合成了 Zn O超微粉末。应用 X射线粉末衍射法 (XRD)测定了合成 Zn O的几组晶面的衍射峰形 ,经数据处理得到 Zn O超微粉末的平均晶粒度和晶格畸变率的定量分析结果。实验结果表明 ,化学法合成的 Zn O超微粉末的晶粒度范围在 2 0 nm~ 3 0 nm之间

Abstract:Ultrafine powder of ZnO was synthesized using ZnSO 4·7H 2O and C 2H 2O 4, and the true diffraction width of diffraction lines were measured by using the method of Xray powder diffraction, and it can be attained to determinate crystallite size and lattice distortion of the synthesized Ultrafine powder, then their quantitative analysis results can be obtained. Crystallite size of synthesized ZnO powder samples are between 20 nm and 30 nm.
