气相色谱测定三甘醇混合物的研究

摘    要:研究了用气相色谱仪测定三甘醇混合物中三甘醇含量的方法 ,分为归一法和内标法。如果三甘醇混合物样品含水量甚微 ,以及各组分都能在色谱图上出峰显示 ,则用归一法能测得三甘醇含量的准确结果。如果三甘醇混合物样品中含有一定量的水以及四甘醇等高沸物 ,则用 1 ,4丁二醇为内标 ,运用内标法能准确测定三甘醇含量

Abstract:The methods that determinated the triethyleneglycol content of triethyleneglycol mixtures by a gas chromatograph were studied. One kind of method is a normalization method, the other of kind is an internal standard method. If there were less water in sample and the chromatographic peaks of all components in sample are revealed on the paper of picture, the correct result of triethyleneglycol content in sample was measured by the normalization method. If there were a certin water content, tetraglycol and the other substances of the higher boiling point in sample, the correct result of triethyleneglycol content in sample was measured by the internal standard method. The internal standard substance was 1,4butanediol.
