| Abstract: | It is studied on the synthesis of diphenylthiourea from aniline and carbon disulfide under the emulsification of some usual surfactants, such as CTAB, OP10, DBS. The best technological conditions have been found by an orthogonal test. The result showed that, the reaction can be smoothly completed at the atmosphere pressure, and it's yield has been raised up to 84%～91% from 48.6% which is without the surfactant. This technological process is convenient and practical. |
