在HBeta沸石催化剂上乙酸与异戊醇酯化反应的研究

摘    要:采用改性 HBeta沸石作为催化剂研究乙酸与异戊醇酯化反应 ,讨论了乙酸和异戊醇反应的条件 ,同时对催化剂酸性作了表征。结果表明 ,在催化剂用量为 3g,反应温度 1 1 7~ 1 32℃ ,反应时间 2 h的条件下 ,乙酸的转化率可达 98%。催化剂经连续 8次重复使用 ,其催化活性基本不变

Abstract:This paper studied the esterification of acetic acid with isopentyl alchol, using modified HBeta zeolite as catalyst. Reaction parameters were discussed. The acidity of catalyst was also characterized. The results show that the conversion of acetic acid can be up to 98% under the reaction conditions of catalyst 3 g, temperature 117~132 ℃, and time 2 h. When the catalyst was used repeatedly at least 8 times, its catalytic activity was not changed basically.
