耐寒性增塑剂二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯的合成

摘    要:介绍了以二甘醇和正丁基溴在固碱的作用下 ,经 Willamson反应制取的二甘醇单丁醚 ( MBDEG)和 BI废水氧化制得的己二酸 ( AA)为原料 ,在强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂的催化作用下 ,在减压条件下经直接酯化法制取耐寒性增塑剂二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯 ( BXA)的实验方法。经正交实验得出优化条件 :A2 B2 C3 D2 。在此条件下己二酸的转化率达 98%以上 ,产品指标达到文献值。

Abstract:The paper introduced the process of preparing plasticizers Di(butylcarbitol) Adipate by reducing pressure esterification with strong acidic positive ion exchange resin as catalyst, MBDEG and AA as raw materials. MBDEG was made by Williamson ′s reaction with sodium hydroxide as catalyst, diethylene glycol and butyl bromine as raw materials. AA was made from BI waster water by oxidizing. The suitable conditions were established based on experimental results and the optimum conditions were A 2B 2C 3D 2. The conversion of AA is above 98%. The product quality is up to the literature standard.
