| 摘 要： | 武钢第二炼钢厂在减少引锭头漏钢方面采取了一些措施，如用冷却弹簧代替冷却方钢、采用专用挡溅板、改进接缝料等。这些措施有效地解决了铸机开浇引锭头的漏钢问题，2002年该厂未发生引锭头漏钢事故。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce bleeding in gating practice,some measures have been taken at No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO.They include:replacing cooling square steel with cooling spring;adopting special antisplash shield,improving seaming material,etc.As a result,the problem of dummy bar head bleeding in gating practice has been solved.In 2002,no bleeding took prace at No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO. |
