摘    要:首次提出了一种设计和分析轴系扭振的四端网络方法,给出了其模型结构及处理方法。将扭振系统视为一个整体,从系统的输入阻抗入手,根据不同的谐振特征,可得到频率方程及两端扭转角速度比的一般式,由此来分析轴系扭振的频率特性、阻抗特性、各阶模态等性能。与传统方法相比,四端网络法的模型精确,算法简便迅速,无累积误差,易于实现计算机辅助设计和分析。

Abstract:The four-teminal network method for designing and analyzing the performance on torsional vibration of shafts is first put forward. The model structure and the processing approach are given. Taking the torsional vibration system as a total body and using the input impedance of the system, the frequency equation and the ratio of two ports torsional velocities can be obtained according to different resonant characteristics. Then some performances of the shafts, including the frequency and impedance characteristics, the vibration mode and stress distributions, are obtained. Compared with the traditional methods, its model is accurate, the algorithm is simple and quick, which has no accumulated error. This method is very easy to realize the computer-aided design and analysis.
