| 摘 要： | 本文利用Turkstra荷载组合规则,采用一次二阶矩近似概率计算方法,考虑了中小地震所对应烈度发生的概率。提出了一种可以计算地震作用与其它荷载组合时各荷载分项系数和各构件抗力分项系数的方法。文中以TJ11—78和GBJ11—89两个建筑抗震规范规定的标准值为基础,给出了各分项系数的初步计算结果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the fast-order, second-moment (FOSM)reliability methods and the "Turkstra Rule"of load combination are used to propose a method to calculate the load factors and the resistant facors. In the end, some results are presented and some suggessted values of the load factors and resistant factors are given. |
