DQ催化剂在连续法装置上制备的聚丙烯的结构和性能

应用GPC、1 3CNMR、DSC等方法 ,对用DQ球形催化剂在环管连续法工艺聚丙烯生产装置上制备的几种典型牌号聚丙烯均聚物、无规共聚物、多相共聚物的结构进行了研究 ,并测定了树脂的物理机械性能。结果表明 ,3种类型的聚合物都具有较宽的相对分子质量分布 (大于 6) ;无规共聚物中乙烯的质量分数达 4 0 5 % ,有利于制造用于包装的膜类产品 ;多相共聚物中的 E]序列摩尔分数为 14 0 4% ;多相共聚物具有较好的物理机械性能 ,尤其具有较高的冲击强度 ,有利于加工制品耐冲击性能的提高。

Structure and Properties of Polypropylene from Continuous Process with DQ Spherical Catalyst

The structure and properties of several types of polypropylene,including homopolymer,random copolymer and heterophase copolymer,produced with DQ spherical catalyst using industrial loop reactor,were studied with GPC, 13 C NMR and DSC.The physical and mechanical properties of these resins were also tested.The results show that these polymers have broader molecular weight distribution,with coefficients of larger than 6.The ethylene content of random copolymer is 4 05%(mass fraction),suitable for packaging films.Thesequence content of heterophase copolymer is 14 04%(molar fraction).The heterophase copolymer has good physical and mechanical properties,especially high impact strength.
