摘    要:本文研究了偶联剂处理NdFeB磁粉及环氧树脂涂层对塑料粘结NdFeB永磁体性能的影响,结果表明:(1)KH550包覆处理NdFeB磁粉可改善Nd-FeB磁粉的抗氧化性,提高塑料粘结NdFeB的磁性能和压缩强度;(2)用偶联剂微观保护NdFeB磁粉和环氧树脂涂层宏观保护相结合的办法可显著地提高塑料粘结NdFeB永磁体的耐蚀性和抗高温氧化性

Abstract:Effects of NdFeB magnetic powder with the coating treatment of silicane coupling agent and expoxy coating of bonded NdFeB magnet on the properties of bonded NdFeB were studied. The results showed that the treatment of silicane couping agent to NdFeB powder could improve the oxidation resistance of the NdFeB magnetic powder, the magnetical properties and the compression strength of bonded NdFeB magnetic. The resistance of oxidation and corrosion could be greatly in creased by couping agent and micro protection expoxy coating macro protedion
