铜电解过滤系统的改造优化

摘    要:介绍了大冶有色30万t铜电解电解液过滤系统,分析了运行中出现的问题及采取的改进措施。通过改造优化,阳极泥含水从28.5%下降到22.6%,阴极铜质量提升,A级铜产出率稳定在99.5%。

Abstract:Electrolyte filtering system of 300 kt/a copper electrolysis refining in Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Co. Ltd. was introduced. Problems in operation were analyzed, and improving measurements were adopted. After transformation and optimization, water content in anode slime drops from 28.5% to 22.6%, quality of cathode copper is improved, and output rate of grade-A copper maintains at 99.5%.
