钼铜混合精矿的浮选分离试验研究

摘    要:为提高广东某钨矿伴生钼铜硫化矿的浮选分离指标,对钼铜混合精矿进行了合理的药剂制度及选矿工艺研究。分离前进行强化脱药,以JBS作为辉钼矿的捕收剂,采用DSY对黄铜矿进行选择性抑制,可显著改善钼铜分离效果,获得较好的试验指标,钼精矿钼品位和回收率分别为49.25%和91.50%;铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别为21.45%和99.96%。

Abstract:In order to improve the flotation separation indexes of some molybdenum-copper sulfide ore associated with tungsten in Guangdong, reasonable reagent system and beneficiation processes were conducted. Strengthening take-off reagent before the separation of mixed concentrate, using JBS as the collector of molybdenum, and adopting DSY conducting selective depression for chalcopyrite, the separation effect of Mo-Cu can be significantly improved. And the better test indexes can be obtained: the molybdenum concentrate assaying 49.25% Mo at the recovery of 91.50%; and the copper concentrate containing 21.45% Cu with the recovery of 99.96%.
