西藏某难分离铅锌矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:为解决西藏某铅锌矿石精矿互含高的问题,在不改变现有工艺流程基础上,采用浮铅的高效选择性捕收剂M6和捕收起泡剂A5,实现了铅锌浮选的高效分离与富集。闭路试验获得的技术指标为:与现场药剂相比较,在铅精矿铅品位和铅回收率相当的情况下,铅精矿含锌降低2.56%;锌精矿锌品位51.52%,锌回收率提高6.25%,技术指标良好。

Abstract:The lead and zinc concentrate of an Lead-zinc Mine of Tibet is high in each other,in order to solve this problem,the good technical index of small scale tests was obtained by the high-efficient collector M6 and A5 for lead flotation,Without changing the situation of the production process.By this method,under proper purity and recovery rate of lead concentrate, zinc content in the lead concentrates was reduced by 2.56%;under proper purity of zinc concentrate, zinc concentrate recovery rate was improved above 6.25%.
