摘    要:研究了20Mn2SiVB钢在不同温度下进行等温淬火处理后的组织与性能。结果表明:在相同等温温度下,可获得板条状贝氏体铁素体组织,随着等温时间的延长,板条状贝氏体铁素体逐渐长大,形成粒状贝氏体组织,同时硬度略微降低;在不同等温温度下相同等温时间时,随着等温温度的升高,贝氏体铁素体板条变宽,同时硬度逐渐降低。因此,控制等温温度及时间,可使钢获得不同的显微组织与硬度。。

Abstract:The microstructure and hardness of 20Mn2SiVB steel through isothermal quenching treatment were studied in different temperature.The results show that the structure of lath bainite ferrite is gained in the same isothermal temperature.Lath bainite ferrite is growing with the extending of isothermal time and becoming granular bainite structure which hardness gets a lot lower.The lathes of bainite will get wide and the hardness will be down with the decreasing of the isothermal temperature in the different isothermal temperature and the same isothermal time.So the microstructure and the hardness of the steel can be gained through controlling the isothermal temperature and isothermal time..
