| Abstract: | Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope(LSCM)is a very advanced molecular biology analysis instrument. We had stvdied the platelet calcium oscillation by LSCM. In this study, we improved the method so that the calcium oscillation could be observed more successfully and conveniently. |
