摘    要:In 1984, Tanaka et al. synthesized sub-micron scale Fe/N particles with good magnetic char-acteristics (ss≈1×105 A·Wb-1·Kg-1,HC≈3.2×104 A·m-1)[1] by a one-step method of CVD. Since then a few groups have synthesized micron scale, sub-micron scale and nanometer scale nitride-iron particles by different synthesis routes[1—7].
