家蝇幼虫蛋白质提取及纯化工艺研究

摘    要:通过对家蝇幼虫主要化学成份检测结果的分析以及对其蛋白质、脂肪的提取、纯化,认为家蝇幼虫主要由蛋白质、脂肪组成,蛋白质中含有十八种氨基酸,其中有八种是人体必需氨基酸;蛋白质得率为39.07%,回收率为71.82%,脂肪得率为15.38%,通过家蝇幼虫蛋白质提取过程的研究,为其它昆虫或动物蛋白提取提供了一个可行的实验依据

Abstract:This paper indicates that the fly Larval is mainly composed of protein and fat through the analysis of inspection iesult offly Larval chief chemical ingredient as well as extract and purification of protein and fat.The protein contains eighteen kinds of amino acid.Eight kinds of them is indispensahte to man body.The rate of retrieve of the protein is 71.82 percent.the rate of ob faining of the protein is 39.07 percent and the fat is 15.38 percent.Through the study of extracting procedure of fly Larval protein,it can provide reliable experimental basis for the extract of other insectpaedos protein.
