摘    要:对从“一串红”中提取红色天然食素进行了研究和试验,探讨了在酸性条件下,以乙醇水溶液浸提剂,各种因素对提取率的影响,提出了最佳的工艺条件。

Abstract:The extraction technology of natural red pigmint from flowers of Salvia splendens is studied in this paper. Based on acid medium and soaking with alcohol solution,the different factors that effect percentage of extraction and the most favourable factors is reported.
