摘    要:研究了高速钢成分、离心铸造工艺参数和复合变抽处理对高速钢辊环性能的影响。结果表明,选择高V高Nb并经Y-K-Na复合变质处理的高速钢,在离心铸造条件下制造的辊环,具有成分偏小、硬度高、硬度均匀性好等特点,用于高线预精轧机、其使用寿命比常用的合金铸铁辊环提高5~8倍。

Abstract:Influences of chemical compositions of high speed steel, process parameters of eccentrically casting and combined quenching and tempering treatments on the performance of high speed steel roll collar have been investigated and results show that the roll collar manufactured under the eccentrically casting conditions using the high V and Nb content and hardened and tempered high speed steel as the starting material shows such excellent properties as small segregation and high and uniform hardness. The life expectancy of the collar used in the high speed wire rod prefinishing mill is 5 to 8 fold longer than that of the conventional alloy cast iron roll collar.
